YOUTUBE CHANNEL VIDEO TRANSCRIPTION
Transcribe videos from a YouTube channel
ILLUSTRATIVE, NOT CUSTOMER DATA
Channel preview and selection
This is a fictional, synthetic example, not a live preview or a real customer recording. Its sample output is not AI-generated. Nothing here starts transcription or AI work.
A signed-in preview lists recent eligible videos and allows selection before import.

Use the form above to preview a real public channel after signing in. Checkboxes here only demonstrate the selection interface.
Trial and Premium limits
Sign in to preview recent accessible uploads. Free trial jobs and minutes are limited; Premium does not bypass source permissions.
How this workflow works
Paste a public YouTube channel link
Use a public YouTube channel or @handle URL, not a single watch-video link. Private, members-only and unavailable videos cannot be accessed.
Sign in to preview recent uploads
LongScribe lists a bounded set of available channel videos and durations. A preview does not create a job or use transcription minutes.
Select eligible videos
The one-time Free channel-import trial is subject to the remaining monthly Free allowance. Larger selections require Premium within batch and monthly limits.
Import and export separate transcripts
Confirm selected videos to create separate background transcription jobs. Review and download completed TXT, SRT, DOCX or JSON transcripts.
Channel versus playlist import
A YouTube channel lists a creator's public uploads, while playlists are curated collections. Select particular interviews, talks or tutorials; LongScribe does not transcribe every historical upload automatically.
A real, limited Free trial
Signed-in Free users have a small one-time channel-import trial, further limited by monthly jobs and minutes. After the trial, Premium supports larger selections, subject to source and account quotas.
Not an unlimited channel archive
A channel preview lists a bounded set of recent eligible videos, not every archived upload. Private, region-blocked, live or otherwise unavailable recordings may not be imported.
Timestamps and reviewed text
Eligible videos may use available captions or AI audio transcription. Search each completed transcript, check names and exact quotes, and export timed SRT or editable Word files.
Frequently asked questions
Can I transcribe an entire YouTube channel?
You can preview recent available public channel videos and choose which eligible uploads to transcribe as individual jobs. LongScribe does not offer unlimited channel scraping.
Is channel transcription free?
A signed-in account can preview a channel and may use a small one-time Free channel-import trial within remaining monthly Free limits. Larger imports require Premium.
Does a channel preview start transcription?
No. Previewing only lists available uploads. Jobs start when you select recordings and confirm an allowed import.
Can private or unavailable videos be imported?
No. LongScribe cannot bypass private, age-restricted, members-only, geo-blocked or inaccessible videos.
Can I export subtitles or a Word transcript?
Yes. A completed selected video can be exported separately as TXT, SRT, DOCX or JSON; there is no one-piece master channel transcript.
