What happens after upload?
Once LongScribe accepts your recording, speech recognition runs in the background and you can return to the job in your library. Processing time varies; a file may be too long even when its size fits the upload limit.
Transcribe a podcast, voice memo or interview
MP3 files commonly contain spoken interviews, podcasts, lectures and notes. Background music, poor microphones and overlapping speakers can affect recognition, so verify names and numbers.
Review timestamps and export
Use clickable timestamps to check uncertain passages. Eligible completed signed-in jobs can export TXT, DOCX, SRT and JSON. SRT provides timed subtitle text, not subtitles burned into a video.

Signed-in Free offers a monthly minute and job-count allowance; an anonymous demo can provide only a short preview. Each plan also has per-recording duration, file-size and source limits. The full monthly balance is not a single-file guarantee.
