Need to repurpose a recorded webinar or client interview? A single eligible transcription can support an editable quote draft and a separate timed caption file. Human review is still necessary.

- Start with a recording: upload authorized MP3/M4A/MP4 in the appropriate app uploader, or paste a supported public replay link.
- Verify the transcript: check client names, numbers, product terms and quotations at their timestamps.
- Deliver two formats: export TXT/DOCX for a draft article and SRT for separate video captions. No video editing or burned-in captions is implied.
For a saved client podcast, you can also generate show notes from an eligible completed transcript in a signed-in account. Review AI notes against the source recording before sharing them. Guest demos and unfinished tasks do not offer this action.

Premium: $4.99/month for 5,000 minutes and 500 jobs/month on an individual account. Larger files may need the chunked uploader.

For a saved customer interview, verify key quotes and export DOCX or TXT for editing. For a recorded webinar, check speaker names and export separate SRT subtitles. The Free plan covers 20 eligible recordings a month; recurring production may fit Premium at $4.99/month for up to 5,000 minutes. An agency still manages its own access and review process.
Individual account versus shared team administration
LongScribe's public subscriptions are individual accounts, not a managed organization workspace with shared roles, centralized billing, SSO or a compliance SLA.
Minutes, file size and per-job limits are different
Free has 60 minutes across 20 monthly recordings for eligible signed-in users. Large files, lengthy jobs and inaccessible sources can still be ineligible.
Upload size limits by plan
Direct uploads are capped at 90 MB on the Free plan; uploads can be up to 1 GB on Premium (including Premium Pro) via chunked upload. Supported public URLs are fetched server-side and do not use the browser direct-upload limit.

Does it join or record live meetings?
No. Start with an authorized saved recording or a supported accessible public recording link.
Can a business transcribe multi-hour recordings?
Eligible long recordings can run in the background, subject to monthly minutes, per-job rules, file size and source access.
When does Premium make sense for recurring business recordings?
If 20 Free monthly recording jobs or 60 Free minutes do not cover eligible saved interviews and webinars, Premium is $4.99/month for up to 500 jobs and 5,000 monthly minutes. It is an individual account plan, not managed team billing; file size, per-job duration and source access still apply.
Can we use the output for legal or regulated records?

Which files can I export?
Eligible signed-in completed jobs offer TXT, DOCX, timed SRT and JSON. SRT does not burn subtitles into a video.
