A transcript is your source material, not an auto-written post
LongScribe does not generate or publish a complete polished blog article from a link. It helps you transcribe, search and verify the source; optional AI summaries and key quotes provide a starting point for your own writing and editorial review.

Fact-check and attribute properly
Compare each quotation and number against the recording. Permission to access a video does not automatically give permission to republish its text, images or full article.

Eligible completed signed-in jobs support TXT, DOCX, SRT and JSON exports. Use an editable format when drafting in your writing software; SRT is specifically timed subtitle text.
Frequently asked questions
Does LongScribe write a full blog post automatically?
No. It provides transcription and, when available, optional AI-generated notes or quotes. You still write, edit and publish the actual article.
Does the tool publish an article to WordPress?
No. Export or copy your reviewed source material and write the article in your own publishing software.
Can I use a podcast instead of a video?
Yes, if it is a supported retrievable public recording. For a saved private audio file use the upload tool.
Are summaries and key quotes guaranteed?
No. AI post-processing is best-effort and may not appear after a completed transcript. Verify any generated quotes.
Can I copy the entire transcript into a blog?
Check recording rights and quote attribution before republication. Source access is not automatically a license to reproduce somebody else's work.
