Return to searchable text with timestamps and exports.
OGG containers and voice-note codecs
An OGG file may contain Opus or Vorbis. Other voice-message exports are named .oga or .opus; use the actual saved extension. Renaming an unsupported stream cannot change its codec.
From a saved clip to an editable document
Upload speech you are authorized to process, wait for recognition, then choose DOCX under Download. Correct the words in the completed transcript or Word editor.
Audio files do not include entire chat histories
An OGG voice note does not supply a chat conversation, sender labels or reliable message metadata. The DOCX contains speech text and no embedded audio.
Short compressed notes need proofreading
Traffic, clipped openings and overlapping voices can hide important words. Keep the voice note to replay names and deadlines before sharing your document.
Use Word, captions or structured JSON as needed
DOCX is for editing; TXT for simple text, SRT/VTT for timed captions and JSON for parsing. Downloads require a finished accessible job; anonymous trials may be preview-only.
How to turn OGG speech into DOCX
- Choose an authorized .ogg audio recording containing audible speech. The quick form displays its file-size limit; larger eligible Premium recordings require the main app's chunked uploader.
- Upload to begin AI speech-to-text. Wait for the job to finish, then check people, numbers and timestamps in the transcript.
- On the completed job, open Download on the completed job and select DOCX. The download is a Word document.
Format warning: OGG is a container, so decoding depends on the actual audio codec.
Export detail: DOCX contains the recognized text; it does not embed the audio/video. A recording without understandable speech cannot yield meaningful transcript text.
Free account: 60 transcription minutes across 20 jobs per month, subject to per-job, file-size and source restrictions. Trying without an account can return a shortened preview instead of a full downloadable job.
Browse all supported input/output formats. For large recordings, go through the main uploader; you can select the same export format after processing.
