Batch import is a Premium feature. The control is locked for Free accounts.
The app supports up to 50 items per batch, subject to individual quotas and limits.
LongScribe signed-in Free: 60 minutes across 20 recordings per month. Premium: $4.99/month / 5,000 minutes, Premium Pro: $14.99/month / 20,000 minutes. Per-job duration, file size and account restrictions still apply. The anonymous demo is a separate limited preview.
Automated transcripts need review against the source. No comparative accuracy advantage is claimed.
Premium users can create a batch of up to 50 recordings. The app adds files individually so a problematic item can fail without discarding the whole set. Monthly minutes, job count, file size and per-recording duration still apply.
Open the main app and choose 'Upload many at once'. If you are on Free the control is locked until you upgrade. The single-file upload button does not start a batch.
You can add up to 50 supported local files, or use a batch of supported public media links. File and link inputs are separate workflows; create two batches if you have both.
Individual batch items can have different processing and retry statuses. Check failed or incomplete jobs before relying on a full batch export. Do not assume the entire group finishes at once.
Review names, speakers and timestamps against source recordings. Eligible completed jobs export TXT, DOCX, SRT and JSON; where supported, download the finished batch together as an archive.
Use an eligible individual Free transcription to assess your hardest recording first. Free allows individual jobs, not the Premium batch uploader.
No. The batch uploader is a Premium feature. You can test individual eligible recordings on signed-in Free.
Up to 50; other file, duration, quota and plan limits apply.
No. Upload files together or submit supported links together, using separate batches if necessary.
Check its individual error and retry options; other items in the group need not be discarded.
Completed transcripts can be exported individually in TXT, DOCX, SRT or JSON; the app also supports downloading finished batches together when eligible.
